Every item in our store is custom-made and printed specifically for you right after you place your order. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect size selections, color preferences, or changes of mind. Please make sure to check our sizing guides carefully before completing your purchase. 

However, if your order arrives damaged, with a printing flaw, or incorrect due to a fulfillment mistake, we will gladly issue a free replacement or a full refund. Simply reach out to us within 14 days of delivery at theofficial4jc@gmail.com with your order number and a clear proof of the issue. You do not need to ship anything back, and we will take care of the rest right away.
